TeamSpirit x Verizon Innovation Community Collaboration: A Great Success!
On the 13th of December 2019, TeamSpirit Singapore held a community event which unveiled the 2020 HRTech Trends for medium and large enterprises to our audiences.
This was a joint initiative by TeamSpirit and Verizon Innovation Community, and the event was held at Ocean Financial Centre, right at the heart of Raffles Place.
With increasingly rapid digitalisation, the HRTech scene is in a constant flux, making it difficult to predict exactly what trends are going to be the most impactful in 2020.
This is why we decided to do this community event, because we want to illuminate the most exciting and important trends about the HRTech Scene in 2020. And more importantly, we wanted to give our audience an insight as to how companies can identify the right-fit for their HR Tech solutions in 2020.
To achieve this objective, we featured the opinions of thought leaders in the HRTech industry to help our audience navigate the rapidly changing scene in HRTech.

The Presentations
To kick off the sharing session, Ms Soh Wan Wei, Marketing Manager of TeamSpirit Singapore, presented the results done by HR research agencies. She also presented the reflections and trend predictions of the top 11 HR practitioners and thought leaders in the region.
Following herpresentation, Ms Ishii Sanae, Vice President, ESBP, Employee Success at Salesforce.com made a presentation on how salesforce.com uses their innovative technology to improve employee engagement.
Ms Ishii’s presentation also explained why Salesforce has been ranking the Number #1 Place To Work for the past few years in the region — it’s precisely because the company has technological tools in place which prioritizes employee engagement.
Employee welfare is at the heart of Salesforce’s corporate culture. It was interesting to learn how Salesforce leverages on their own technology to create a better HR experience for all.
Subsequently, we had Mr Ninomiya Naoki, Product Manager at TeamSpirit Singapore. Using the example of TeamSpirt’s Workforce Success Platform (WSP), Mr Ninomiya gave a presentation on how a single integrated platform is fast becoming a HRTech trend in 2020, because it saves employees’ time on having to switch amongst various HR systems.
(And yes, this observation is backed by Deloitte’s recent research on a “unified engagement platform” too)
Mr Ninomiya’s presentation was an important reminder of TeamSpirit’s company vision — Everyone a Creator.
For TeamSpirit’s WSP solution does contribute greatly to the daily productivity of all employees. It frees up many of our invaluable work hours, which can then be used for more creative and meaningful pursuits.
All in All…
